Experience
As an editor at the Oak Leaf Newspaper, I had many duties. I reviewed articles, edited for proper grammar, and gave constructive criticism. Most importantly, I motivated each writer to do the best work possible. I want to be a tutor because I love breaking down problems in a way a people can understand. I love to see the sudden clarity light up their eyes after I have explained the subject matter. I want to help students gain a passion for learning.
